Implementation

• Leadership for USAID project on technical support to 20 States in India for strengthening COVID diagnostics. The work involved conducting situational analysis, supporting States in effective implementation of ICMR testing guidance for COVID-19, capacity building of States, instituting partnerships with technical institutes and undertaking advocacy activities. • Development of 5-year budgets, for Finance Commission, required for implementing diagnostic services. (Govt. of India)
• Strengthening of comprehensive primary healthcare services in various States with a special focus on strengthening of diagnostic services through cost-effective innovations by leveraging the private sector (PATH India)
• Leading of India’s first large-scale radiology and pathology PPP projects. Both had IFC as transaction advisors. Both the projects got the awards for ‘best in class in Impact assessment’ (Medall Healthcare)
• Design and deployment of comprehensive Laboratory Information Management System, Blood banking systems, interfacing of equipment, backend integration of softwares in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Nepal (Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and Triotree Technologies Private Limited)
• Management of 19 projects spread over 14 states in India including many statewide Radiology and Pathology PPPs (IFC)
